Briefing meeting

We welcome you to Yuko's boutique-workshop for an initial briefing meeting*. The goal is to get to know you better, understand your project, its essence, and its identity. This meeting also allows us to define a budget range for your project. If this isn't possible, we also offer a preliminary questionnaire to give us an initial overview of your project without scheduling a meeting.

Preliminary concept

Following this initial exchange, we will develop a preliminary concept illustrated by a mood board, sketches, and references, to allow you to visualize it. At this stage, a quote will be sent to you for approval or rejection.

Detailed concept

Once the quote is approved, the concept is refined with you. A design notebook will then be offered to you as a souvenir of the creative process, including the finalized mood boards, sketches, images and any samples.
